I got Hoboken too. If you had anything in there about living in or near a big city or anything about walking you probably got Hoboken.

Someone from NJ.com responded to a commenter on that article and said they were limited in how many options they could have:

"Red Bank, Maplewood, Cherry Hill, Wayne, Cape May, Hoboken, Flemington and New Brunswick were the possible results. We were limited to eight responses, unfortunately. We tried to pick a variety of towns from different parts of the state."

Red Bank for me too. I looked it up, looks great, but my job is in the city! And my field is attached to cities

I would say that it is more likely they just have about 10 towns to pick from and JC isn't one.

There are only four possible results to the quiz: Hoboken, Maplewood, Flemington and Cherry Hill.

Why can't they come up with a useful test?! I wan't nothing to do with New Jersey, yet here I am I know where I should be living - Manhattan, between 16th and 5th Streets west of 9th Avenue (but earn a pittance and don't have rich parents).

A better survey/test, IMO, would give you the steps you could take - 7? 12? - to be able to live where you want to.

Well no wonder I was told I'd like Hoboken better. Walkscore.com has only one of Jersey City's zip codes, 07305, not the most walkable neighborhood. If it had 07306 or 02, the walkability score would shoot up.

If you think jclist is funny, maplewoodonline tops it by about 1,000 percent.
