Jersey City planner elected to American Planning Association board of directors
By The Jersey Journal June 10, 2014 at 4:28 PM A Jersey City planner has been elected to serve on the American Planning Association's board of directors. Courtenay Mercer will serve as one of the 13 members of the board, which is responsible for governing the 40,000-member organization. Her four-year term began today.
