A 26-year-old Jersey City man has been accused of being in possession of nearly four pounds of marijuana and a handgun in Jersey City, according to a criminal complaint filed against him.
Joshua Arroyo of Summit Avenue, who appeared in Central Judicial Processing in Jersey City today, was arrested yesterday on the charges of possession of marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute, with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of public property (the Zabriski Street Branch Public Library), unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and certain persons not to have a weapon. Arroyo allegedly had 3.92 pounds of marijuana and a .38 caliber Taurus revolver, the complaint stated. Read More
