Good to know - I've a flat roof with no internal access, does anyone know what kind of company/contractor would climb up there to have a look?

Thanks!

I have a white reflective roof. The downside is the last few snowfalls didn't melt much.

Turns out during the last storm, snow from neighboring buildings blew over to mine. The parapets on my place caused the snow to build up.

I was noticing last night a doorway through a bearing walls was shifting a bit (door started to catch). Turns out I had a massive pile of snow. It was 3ft+ in places and averaged about 24 inches of hard, heavy snow. I think I shoveled the roof off on the order of 10k lbs of snow. The roof was becoming dangerously overloaded.
