We had our chimney relined by A-1 Affordable Construction -- our neighbor used them first for the same project and was very satisfied with the work and the price (not cheap but not outrageously expensive either). We had ours relined in spring of 2012 and haven't had any problems. We are looking into having the chimney on our three-story brick row house relined. The chimney vents two gas furnaces, and two gas hot water heaters. Any contractor suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
