you need to get the units facing the water, all the units facing the lightrail is bad, you get no view no sunlight and train going by every few mins.

price went as low as 300k asking(for the 1br units facing lightrail) during the bust fyi, one of the steepest drops in any building around downtown (price has since rebounded )

builder is the same company that did crystal point, so quality is fine.

I've rented there for 3 yrs and love it. Was there through Sandy and only lobby and 1-2 apts on the first floor had some water. Building is very well run. Great staff. Well built place, so noise from other units is minimal to non-existent. Overall a great place to live.

Did you visit it?

1.It's in a flood zone.
2.Parking is way across the street.

Hey all,

I was looking to purchase a property and was wondering if any of you all had any knowledge about 25 Hudson St. If anyone could share anything about it, good or bad, that would be wonderful
Thanks and have a nice day!
