"Give me your money, or I will rape you!"

"Don't do anything stupid, I have a gun, I will kill you!"

According to court documents, these were the words of Brian Jimenez, 34, of Jersey City, who made his first appearance in court today after being charged with the kidnapping and robbery of a woman in Hoboken on Dec. 27.

On that date, Jimenez grabbed a woman from behind on Willow Avenue, put his jacket over her head and told her he had a gun, the documents stated.

He then pushed an object against her back and threatened to rape and kill her, before forcing her to go to a nearby ATM with him, where he demanded that she take out money for him, the documents stated.

Jimenez was charged with making terroristic threats, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, unlawful possession of a weapon, robbery and kidnapping.

His bail, which was already set by a Superior Court Judge, remained at $250,000 cash or bond, with a no contact order with the victim.
