If it's not PSE&G and just someone soliciting do what we used to do when the stray cats roamed around throw a bucket of water out the window...minus the bucket.

It's the end of the month, so it could be PSE&G reading meters. They try to catch people who live in the row houses downtown before everyone leaves for work because most meters are installed in inaccessible areas.

Does anybody know what company/person is out walking around in a reflective orange vest ringing doorbells at 7:30am in dtjc? This has happened before and I never answer. But, it's always around this time. In my opinion it's pretty rude, at 7:30 you're either (a) asleep, (b) at work, or (c) hustling to get ready for work. Shy of an emergency, nobody can be bothered.
