The LIberty Science Center is a great place to go on cold days (worthwhile getting a membership).
There also used to be a play group (donation based) in the church basement by Ferris (sorry, forgot the name), but I heard it got flooded by Sandy and it's still not up and running? I think the Grace Church also has play groups? Not sure about fee. Also, I'd recommend getting to know other parents that live in any of the high rises - those building usually have playrooms that can come in handy during the winter. Or last resort - go to the Newport mall - lots of space to run!

Indoor play areas for toddlers

I just moved to downtown earlier this year. I have a 16 month old boy who is very active and has lots of energy. We went to the library story time before. But it ended this week. I registered him for Gymboree once a week. Is there any other indoor play places for little ones that I go to in the winter?
Thank you for all advice and suggestion. Jen
