Why would a developer settle for so few units on a lot that size? The new trend is Micro-units, and the parking spaces will not be necessary for those renters.
I would expect to see at least 600 units. The PILOT money that the city will receive will be much greater, and that's a win for everyone!

This is incorrect. The developer who owns this property was looking to build <> 250 units (along with 250 parking spaces) but the city has yet to approve it.

If you are talking about the building at the end of 9th (across from the baseball field) it is being developed into a 400+ unit building. The brick building with the Zeppelin Hall billboard on top is storage.

Is this warehouse currently being used / occupied ?

Looks like the windows on the 9th Street side are boarded up.
