We have done a month of classes - thank you for the support for all who have come out. If you are interested in trying barre please reach out to us and ofcourse give us a LIKE on facebook.

Want to a great work out that is gentle on your joints but chisels away at your body?
Come take a barre class - a fusion of pilates, yoga and ballet. Open house on Sunday September 26th @ 11am.
