Thanks for the tips. Called Downtown Hardware on Newark and they said they can do it. Craft didn't answer phone but I'll try there next in case I need to. Much better than going to Canal or TNT Plastics in the city, or paying $30 for shipping.

Did you try to Hardware store on Newark? I don't know if they do it, but my dad owns an independent hardware store very similar to the one on Newark in Paterson and he does it there.

Just heard back from Acrilex. They won't sell direct but recommended a client of theirs called Complete Plastics in Westwood. Guess I'm going to Canal Plastics. Should be fun carrying 3' x 3' sheets on the PATH ; )

In Jersey City, you can get full sheets and cuts at Acrilex, 230 Culver off of Mallory.

I'm looking for some storm door replacement panels and I don't want to monkey around with cutting sheets of acrylic or polycarbonate myself. Anyone know where I can get sheets cut to specific sizes? There are some outfits on the web, but the shipping would cost almost as much as the material.
