The only way to get this information is to literally walk into each building and ask if they accept S8 or RA. Please note that sometimes section 8 is accepted in a in a private home.
For example where I live there are no section 8 buildings except for seniors but the younger section 8 folks live in private single or two family homes closer to the avenues...
