This line:"This is a great opportunity for people to avail themselves of free nutritious fruits and vegetables so that they can feed their families healthy food without having to break their budget," Walker said in a press release. Makes me think its free

Team Walker, a non-profit organization founded by former St. Anthony and Seton Hall hoops star Jerry Walker, is hosting a free farmer's market this Saturday at the Dr. Lena Edwards Park at Johnston Avenue and Pine Street in Jersey City starting at 10 a.m. The event is open to all residents and will be held every other Saturday throughout the summer. "This is a great opportunity for people to avail themselves of free nutritious fruits and vegetables so that they can feed their families healthy food without having to break their budget," Walker said in a press release. "We even supply free recyclable bags so our guests can more easily carry the produce home. I encourage everyone to take advantage of shopping at our free Farmer's Market. The food is fresh from the farm and the price can't be beat." The food is being provided by America's Grow-a-Row Farms of Pittstown, New Jersey. The organization grows over 100,000 pounds of produce on its acreage in Hunterdon County and donates it to food pantries, crisis centers, and food banks around the state. According to a press release, Walker contacted Grow-a-Row Farms and persuaded them to co-sponsor the bi-weekly free farmer's market.
