Just bumping this up because the reval seems to be a hot topic again... those 2011 and 2012 sales spread sheets are interesting...

I was checking out the status of the JC reval on the ?Realty Appraisal Company? website. I don?t know if this was posted before but they have 2 nice .pdf?s that list all of the 2011 and 2012 JC sales along with current assessments . Like they said those sales prices are going to be used in the reval calculation. These are the heading?s? BLOCK ..LOT..QUAL..LOCATION..CLASS..SALE DATE..NU CODE..BOOK..PAGE..SALE PRICE..LAND..BUILDING..TOTAL http://www.realtyappraisal.net/#!__jersey-city Click on the button ?Sales Info? at the bottom of the above link. Then ?2011 Sales Data? or ?2012 Sales Data? . Doesn?t look like anything went for big bucks by the properties I have , you DT people had some whoppers.
