Smells/pollution coming from All American recycling plant?

Hi,
I am thinking of moving into one of the buildings in Ogden Ave. but I am worried about the smell and/or pollution from the All American Recycling plant that the building looks down on specially in the summer or maybe during the wetter months as wet paper tends to stink. I notice a funny smell when walking down Mountain Road to Hoboken in the past is this from said corporation? Can anyone enlighten me with their first hand knowledge if there is a smell and or pollution from the recycling going on in said plant? And if so is it harmful? Any info would be appreciated very much. Thanks.
