Old Bergen Square, Highland Ave, and around St. Peter's College East of the Blvd.

Surprisingly true -- after 9 or 10 pm it is really a quiet area!

1st & Grove...love the location and the noise doesn't bother me on my third floor but the level of noise has increased in the last year or so. Also the parking on weekend nights has gotten more difficult.

The pile drivers during the day have been very loud as well.

Have to take the good with the bad I guess

downtown in the old "italian village" section. Very quiet at night. :)

All these places seem to become a ghost town after sundown.
