One bit of advice have a lease so the tenant knows it may only be for a year or so. Get their SS # along with a paycheck stub as well. Another words...screen them !

Hi,
I thinking of purchasing a condo to rent out for a year or 2 before eventually moving in myself & making it my primary residence. But before I do Id like to schedule time with a Real estate investment advisor. Can anyone recommend any in the JC/Hudson county area?
