Taqueria is garden-unit esque similar to the hair salon and Carlascio Orthopaedics on Grove Street.

Farther down the street, there aren't the slightly lower units and ones 5 feet up like the locksmith - they are pretty much right at street level.

If these businesses (hardgrove, ibbys, shadman, etc) cannot get covereage because they are not high enough, then what will happen to this section of town ?

oh yeah....from 9700 to 12 something....and i heard it's 25% every year for about 4 years because FEMA is passing it to the insurance companies to handle 100%.
