Police investigating afternoon shooting on Myrtle Avenue in Jersey City By Anthony J. Machcinski/The Jersey Journal on January 09, 2013 at 4:10 PM Police have arrested a man they say shot at a taxi cab on Myrtle Avenue this afternoon. Police have arrested Malik Randolph, 31, of Mallory Ave. in Jersey City after he shot at a cab on the 100 block on Myrtle Ave. around 1:15 p.m. The cab driver was not hurt and there were no passengers in the cab at the time of the incident, Police Spokesman Capt.
