Family run business for over 20yrs. Just had the homemade raviolis at lunchtime. Dawn and Debbie are your bartenders tonight. Ask Dawn about her crumbcakes.

Great value and character at the Barge Inn. Friendly atmostphere. Old School JC. I believe there is another thread with some other very good reviews as well.

I ate here last night after years of wanting to try it.

This is by far the best Italian-American food in downtown JC, and quite honestly among the best I've had in a restaurant, anywhere. We had the homemade raviolis in red sauce (unbelievable), and I ordered the Chicken Milanese. My girlfriend ordered a half chicken special. Everything was unbelievable.

And the ambience? PERFECT! It was classic old time JC. Older dudes sitting at the bar, jukebox playing Sinatra, and nice murals painted on the walls. There is a really cool huge antique clock.

Thursday nights are all you can eat pasta night, for $8. I will be going!
