Residents launch recall effort against two members of Jersey City school board

The president of the Jersey City Board of Education is one of two school-board members facing a recall threat, though organizers seeking to boot the women from office are tight-lipped about the reasons behind the effort.

Sue Mack, the school board president, and Carol Harrison-Arnold, who is 19 months into her first term, are the targets of the petition drive.
