Do you mean we have to pay them for taking our air rights? That sounds like something Jersey City might do on one of it's dumb days.

The 2060 Plan that covers the area of Jersey City surrounding the Journal Square PATH Station gives property owners air rights. Now that the City has given permission to a developer to go 42 stories high behind the PATH Station, I'd like to know how much nearby property owners get from the developer and how we collect. Does anyone know?
