Used to live in the James Madison. If I remember right the street there is No Parking from 7 am to 6 pm. If you want to park there, you need to be hovering at right around 6 pm. It fills up fast after work.
Like the previous said, move your car by 7 on the dot or you will have a ticket and/or boot.

Thank you for the helpful information. Would I get ticketed, towed or booted if it is not removed by 7am?

Parking overnight on Washington Blvd across from Target - legal?

Hi there -
Is it safe to park overnight on the part of Washington Blvd that is past 14th street and across from Target? I always see many cars parked over there on weekends, I don't know if you can park there during the week and if the cars get towed or booted. There are no signs at all (other than Washington Blvd signs and yellow and black arrow signs indicating that the road curves) and the curbs are all white. Does anyone have insight?
