Try Hudson Country Community College's Culinary Arts Institute. I haven't used it myself but I have read or heard that they rent out their commercial production kitchens as business incubator kitchens.

I would like to start a small French macaron business, (mostly to sell online), and am in need of a commercial kitchen for the proper permits. I'd just be looking to use the commerical kitchen every 2 weeks or so. Does anyone know of any in the JC area who would be willing to rent theirs? Thanks!!
