Ramon Ruiz, the founder of the club, offers an eclectic menu that features locally supported agriculture and meats. His main goal is to bring together foodies, art lovers and people from all walks of life to share food and conversation. The vibe is causal and intimate, more dinner at a friend?s house than at a busy restaurant. You?re allowed to stay as long as you want ? there is no second seating. The dinners, which range from $40 to $50, include three courses, plus wine.
