Damn this happened Tuesday night and they reporting it in todays paper. Should put it in the next day paper which would a been wed. Jersey journal sux! NJ.com is more up to date.
Also the construction police is mostly overtime anyway.

This type of crap will keep happening till the city steps up and put more cops on the street, and less cops at construction sites.

The 42-year-old owner of the 2010 Nissan Maxima was returning to his vehicle outside a McDonald?s restaurant on Communipaw Avenue about 10 p.m. when a man pointed a silver pistol at him and said, ?You know what time it is,? police reports said.
