this story is absurd. and yes, i'm going to "blame the victim" here, but really? going to a guy's house at 12:30 in the morning... and taking your pants off? come on....

sounds like she went there, they fooled around, then she changed her mind....

JERSEY CITY ? A Jersey City woman said she was half naked while getting a tattoo and was shocked to find the tattoo artist had partially disrobed as well, reports said. The 20-year-old woman said she was at the man's home on Virginia Avenue at 12:30 a.m. Thursday morning and had taken off her pants and underwear to get a tattoo on her hip, reports said. At some point she felt something brush against her and turned to see the tattoo artist had exposed himself, reports said. She said she began yelling at him and asking him what he was doing and he replied that he thought she liked him, reports said. The victim dressed and went to the nearby home of a friend, where she contacted police and police contacted the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office's Special Victims Unit, reports said.
