Hey, does anyone know who to direct a suggestion/complaint to about bus service in the heights? To make a long story short, some of the bus stops around Palisades and Congress have been changed in ways that don't seem to benefit anyone (one of which is actually dangerous.) When I wrote to NJ Transit about this, I was told that the power to make changes to bus stops is under the jurisdiction of the municipality...which doesn't tell me much. Anyone know who in "the municipality" is in charge of bus stop changes?
