I live right near there and haven't heard a thing, but if in fact there is construction going on at all-hours you are perfectly entitled to have that stopped!

They have been loading and unloading some heavy construction crap at C-town the last few nights. I guess its annoying.

The past few nights I've noticed hammering after 10 p.m. and last night I was awakened by hammering at 4:30 A.M.!!! I think it might be construction that is happening at C-Town on Jersey & Third.
I'm going to go there after work and speak with the manager but I wondered if anyone in the neighborhood had taken any other actions such as calling code enforcement. Anyone else bothered by this noise?
