Mac support call AppleCare
1-800-APL-CARE or just make a Genius Bar appointment at an Apple Store.

its probably something simple. I would try the above and reset the router.
If still not working, i have a few questions. 1. what type of wireless router do you have? 2. can other computers connect to it? 3. if you plug a network cable from your mac into the router can you get on the internet? 4. Can your mac connect to other wireless networks?

MAC problems, eh? Your media access control address is a 12 digit hexadecimal identifier. If your router has any restrictions set, you can white list your ID in the firmware settings.
Geek squad is a joke. There's a reset button on the back of your router. Push it in with a pen and hold it for ten seconds with the router unplugged. Plug it in. Turn your computer off and then on again. That will be $100.

Has anyone ever used the services of the Geek Squad. If so what was your experience? Also would anyone recommend an alternate service, particularly as it pertains to MAC. My Mac refused to connect to my WiFi.
Thanks
