Can't make any direct recommendations, but you might want to give other Condos and building managers a call. I know for example the Atrium at Hamilton Park use a contractor that keeps their driveways and sidewalks clear pretty much 24x7.

Our condo is seeking reliable snow removal & salting service for our sidewalk/walk up area throughout winter season. Any recommendations?
