This Friday, as part of JC Fridays, we present a special performance in conjunction with "From Across the River"
Art House Productions presents ?FROM ACROSS THE RIVER? and ?10 for 10? A Special Presentation as Part of JC Fridays Friday, September 9, 2011 7-9pm FREE Sandra Swieder?s photography exhibition ?From Across the River,? the story of September 11, 2001 from the New Jersey perspective will be on view at Art House Productions from 7-9pm. At 7:30pm, we will present a short film of interviews and commentary compiled by Sandra on the days, weeks, and months following 9/11. (22min) In conjunction with this exhibition, Art House Productions and Tony/Grammy nominee reg e gaines present ?10 for 10? at 8pm, a series of performances to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the September 11. This event is a sneak preview for the full performance, to be held at the Nuyorican Poets Caf? on 9/11/12 in New York City. ?10 for 10? will feature short performances by Mr Joz (song), Kristin Kato (poetry), Justina Mejias (song), Real Serious (poem), and will conclude with reg e gaines? 10 ?minute play, ?Murphy?s Law,? performed by Jazzy G and Mr Joz.  Art House Productions is honored to present "From Across the River," Photography by Sandra Swieder. This moving and engaging exhibition of fine photographic images, video interviews, and mixed media will be presented to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of September 11, 2001.
