If I remember correctly 227 Montgomery is also boarded up.
L&J Properties owns a 3rd property on Essex St. that has an owner address of: L & J PROPERTIES, L.L.C. 85 STEAMBOAT DRIVE WARMINSTER, PA. 18974 If you are interested in 331.5 Seventh write a letter and see what response you get.

I have no idea, but I'm guessing it's somewhat common in JC. In fact, there are two such buildings on Grove between Grand and York...both on the same side. I don't know if they have official "abandoned" status (never seen a sign), but they have boarded up windows and jungles for back yards. Every so often during the winter, someone comes and shovels the snow out front. That's the only activity I've ever seen.

Does anyone know anything about the abandoned brick row house on 7th street between 333 and 331? It's got a big orange "abandoned" sticker in the window and looks like it has indeed been neglected for some time. Both row houses on each side are for sale. This is a sweet little row of 4 contiguous brick and wooden row houses that has a lot of potential. But what is up with the brick one? Anyone know?
