Yea, its some Banksy copycat with completely poor execution.

I've been noticing these dinner-plate sized decals all over the place downtown. Good thing is that they appear to just be decals, not spray paint. Non the less, my neighbor down the street clearly wasn't able to cleanly remove it from his planter. Anyone have any thoughts as to if this is some consciouss-minded art awareness project or just some sophisticated teen tagger?
