Attic Junior and The Attic Ensemble, Theater for a New Jersey City, proudly presents the fourth and final production of its season: WONDERS, INC.a play with music, based on the book of the same name. The production is adapted and directed by Billy Mitchell, with original songs by Jimmy McNicholas. The play is suitable for children ages 4-12. THE STORY: Originally published in 1968, WONDERS, INC. is Crawford Kilian?s quirky tale about a bored boy who discovers a wonder-filled factory at the outskirts of his town. Chris and his dog Lexi take a surprising tour through an amazing factory full of ideas, dreams, and imaginings. WONDERS, INC.features Jenny Fersch and Branan Whitehead of Jersey City, Liza Poor of Hoboken and Robert Gonzales, Jr. The running time of the performance is approximately 40 minutes and will be followed by a short hands on interactive educational activity created by Marcie Colleen. Performances are Saturday April 30 and -May 7, 2011 at 1 pm; Tickets: $5 Kids / FREE Parents & Guardians. Cash and checks are accepted at the box office. The Barrow Mansion is handicapped accessible and barrier free. The Attic Ensemble is located just two blocks from the Grove Street PATH Station, in the Historic Barrow Mansion, 83 Wayne Street, Jersey City.
