They aren't small spaces but the Mana Contemporary Arts Center on Newark Ave is developing more studios. They range from 1000 to 7500 square feet.

In case you're not familiar with it, Mana is a full service arts facility. Some of its features are:
- Artist studios with 24/7 access. All have high ceilings, large windows, great light, shop sinks, etc. We'll build to suit.
- Fine art storage.
- Crate and frame shop.
- Viewing room.
- Transportation and shipping services.

They're not cheap but they are beautiful.

Also, as you would rent directly from Mana, there's no realtor fee.

If interested, email me at dneidhart@manafinearts.com

Anyone know where to look for Studio Space i could rent out in downtown? I don't need a huge space and could even share a $500 sq ft room with other artists.

Craigslist doesn't seem to have too much.
