Under the proposal, the annual dog license fee would rise from $6.70 per neutered dog and $9.70 per unneutered dog to $8 per neutered dog and $12 per unneutered dog. But the city would also offer the option of a three-year discounted license costing $20 per neutered dog and $30 per unneutered dog.
