Your group might be interested in Uptown Crew's Dramatic Reading Series.
We focus on 19th century American writers. At our events, professional actors read works aloud. The next one is on Saturday, October 30, and will highlight works by Edgar Allen Poe. Our musical guest is Darren Deicide. Light refreshments will be served. $5 admission. www.UptownCrew.net Click on the Uptown Jams tab.

Do you like reading literary fiction, both contemporary and "classics"? Do you like trying new books and discussing them?
If so, perhaps you'd be interested in joining our book club. The first meeting is to be held in September at a venue downtown. If you're interested, please PM me. We have a core group already committed but would love to have a few others join us for lively discussion!!!
