77-year-old Jersey City man charged with fondling 14-year-old boy, cops say
Published: Wednesday, September 01, 2010, 1:38 PM Updated: Wednesday, September 01, 2010, 2:10 PM Michaelangelo Conte/The Jersey Journal A 77-year-old Jersey City man was arrested after allegedly dragging a 14-year-old boy into a basement and fondling him while masturbating yesterday afternoon on the Western Slope, officials said today. Kamal Nasr of Liberty Avenue was arrested just after 4 p.m. and charged with criminal sexual contact, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal restraint, reports said. The boy told police he was walking on Liberty Avenue a few minutes before 4 p.m. when Nasr said, "Come here, your mail came to my house," reports said. The boy said when he walked over, Nasr grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him into an alley and down a basement staircase saying "It's OK. It's OK. Take off your pants," reports said. The 14-year-old said Nasr reached into his sweat pants while pulling his hair, reports said, adding that while molesting the boy, Nasr started masturbating. The victim said he smacked Nasr in the face and ran up the stairs and out of the house, reports said. The boy quickly called police and told his mother what had happened, reports said. When the cops arrived Nasr was standing on the street and he was arrested after the victim pointed him out, reports said. Nasr pleaded guilty to harassment in 2002 after having originally been charged with criminal sexual contact in that incident, Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio said this afternoon. While in a patrol car being taken to the North District Police Station Nasr said he wasn't feeling well and an ambulance was called to take him to the Jersey City Medical Center, reports said. Jersey City Police spokesman Edgar Martinez said Nasr remains hospitalized. ******************** From nj.com http://www.nj.com/hudson/index.ssf/20 ... d_jersey_city_man_ch.html buy the Jersey Journal you cheap *****!!
