I find the chicken kabob to be a leaner alternative to the chicken shwarma. It takes longer to prepare, but it's worth the wait.

Sure. Any fat they use should be olive oil. Can't really go wrong there.

Is Ibby's healthy? I always wondered. I guess the hummus, baba ganouj, etc, is healthy. What about the chicken shawarma? I feel like that is very fatty (hence it's deliciousness).

Not sure if it's still on their menu, but a veggie delight sandwich from Subway has all of their vegetable toppings on a sandwich, without the fake meat.

Ibby's can be healthy, depending on what you order. They are often open later than I would expect.

And I'm not sure if it's healthy at all, but I love Shadman in a pinch. Quick and tasty and they have a lot of good vegetarian options as well.

LOL, I do try to maintain a reasonably healthy diet. It offsets the 2 nights of drinking on the weekends.

I often get a sandwich at A-Plus if I get home late. It is as healthy as whatever you tell them to put on it.

Any ideas as to where to get some moderately healthy food to go, around Grove Street/VVP? Open until 10 at least. Thanks!
