I really want something that's nearby/walkable. I'll keep looking. Thanks!

Anyone know if village auto (newark ave) has closed? I was a regular there (well, as regular as you can be for infrequent car fixes) and have not seen them open lately. I drive by to drop off my car and a closed sign is always there.

If they ARE closed, anyone have an alternate suggestion for a downtown mechanic?

I don't know, but Summit Auto on Chestnut and Pavonia is a great place. Reasonable prices and excellent mechanics. Not too far from Downtown.
