Clendenny Ave. between Westside & Kennedy is pretty tight. Mountain Rd. behind Ogden Ave. is not an official street so it is considered a paper road.

Just can't stay away

Are Tyson Lane, Dekalb Avenue, Oxford Avenue, Newkirk Street, Maxwell Place and Morton Place Jersey City's narrowest streets and, something I've been curious about, why is "Elm Street" still considered a street?
I mean, Elm is just a short stub off the Boulevard and kind of looks like it could be a parking area for the apartment building.
