shouldn't this subject line be "Bayonne Dealer busted"? since it's a Bayonne resident, getting busted in Bayonne?
as far as his jersey city warrant goes, it could be a parking ticket warrant or something... in which case the title would be "Jersey City Parking Scofflaw, Bayonne Dealer Busted..."

'Dealer' busted by Bayonne cops
Wednesday, January 06, 2010 Cops stopped arrested a man on marijuana charges in Bayonne Friday after stopping him on an open warrant, police reports said. Police were patrolling near East 17th Street and Avenue E at 8:30 p.m. when they spotted Anthony Williams, 20, of West 24th Street, Bayonne, reports said. The cops knew Williams had an open warrant in Jersey City, reports said. They searched him and found a plastic bag stuffed with suspected marijuana, reports said. Williams was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a park and possession of narcotics paraphernalia, reports said. He had an $850 warrant out of Jersey City. CHARLES HACK
