ALSO FEATURING! JERSEY CITY PUBLIC ART SUMMIT, 3 p.m. The reception at Jersey City Museum will include a Public Art Summit in the museum's Caroline L. Guarini Theater at 3pm. This discussion will bring together some of the strongest advocates of public artwork in Jersey City.
