It's not totally inconvenient. Though it appears that folks in the Island section often don't clean up after their dogs. (based on observation and dodging poo in the streets).

well.. you're both right. sort of.

the one in paulus hook is an apt complex.

the one on waldo was apartments (it appears) that they are probably trying to get out from under and have gone condo.

a lot of the places i have looked are calling this location a distressed property. so it is likely undermarket in price.

How much do you think you can rent out the unit for? There is a unit that is approx. 600 sf and is a converted 2 br.
