Am I the only one that hears that 24/7 Beep Beep Beep sound in Paulus Hook?

I think it is coming from the big blue 77 Hudson monstrosity but its hard to pinpoint. Seems to be most audible on Sussex St. via some cruel acoustic trick. Just loud enough to drive you insane, but not loud enough to track down.
