it's a nice place and area but i hate it over there. it's so far from the PATH. -- so close yet so far kind of feel for any public transportation, imo.

living near Grove, Paulus Hook, Xchange place, Heights, JournalSq area is better for getting public transportation quickly.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, except the traffic going up Monmouth and occasional traffic helicopters over the Holland tunnel approach. I live west of Hamilton Park and feel safe at all hours. The White Star and Hamilton Park Ale House are nice bars too.

I live on the same street. The neighborhood is great, and the neighbors on the street are very friendly and nice. I went to a party in one of the big lofts, and it was beautiful. Most of the people who live in the building seem really nice too.

Allegedly has high maintenance and taxes, though I have not seen the figures myself.

We are on the waterfront now but we are considering purchasing a loft in Wells-Fargo. We were curious of any feedback (Good/Bad) on this building. How is the management? How is the neighborhood (it seems great!) etc. Many thanks for any insight you can share.
