Yeah... if you want to open up a nail salon or phone card shop, JC is your place. God forbid you try and open a restaurant or anything that adds any value to this town. You need a million dollars in bribes and about 4 years to sit on your thumb and rotate.

Someone at city hall probably wants more bribes before they officially OK that the new sign doesn't violate zoning ordinances, etc.

That place sucks. Worst food ever and high prices. That spot is perfect for a pub/bar for people to hang at after work.

Is business that good, that they don't need a sign anymore? Looks kind of barren. Good signage would really dress up that corner, in my opinion. It's the first impression that people get of the area when they step off the Path.
