Water Main Break Near Holland Tunnel
Thursday, 22 Jan 2009 6:45am JERSEY CITY (MYFOXNY.COM) -- Avoid the Holland Tunnel this morning. A water main break in Jersey City is causing delays of at least 45 minutes and mounting. SkyFoxHD was over the tunnel where cars looked as if they were jam packed in a parking lot. The George Washington Bridge and the Lincoln are alternate routes into New York City.
